Mary Shelley is another author on my female horror author reading list. For the challenge, I read Frankenstein. Mary Shelley was an English travel writer, short story writer, novelist, essayist, biographer and dramatist. She also edited her husband’s (Percy Bysshe Shelley) poems and other writings after his death. She was born in August 1797 to William Godwin and Mary Wollstonecraft.
Nancy A. Collins is another author on my female horror author reading list. For the challenge, I read Sunglasses After Dark, which is the first book in the Sonja Blue series. Nancy is an American horror writer. She has written novels, short story collections, chapbooks, comic books and screenplays. As well as horror, she writes fantasy and science fiction stories.
Alison Littlewood is the next author on my female horror author reading list, and for this challenge, I read her book titled The Unquiet House. Alison Littlewood is a British horror author. After a marketing career, she developed her writing skills, which resulted in her first book titled, A Cold Season being published in 2011. This book was chosen for
